Welcome to Core Kraftz. By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately represent our products. However, product colours, textures, prints, and designs may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of certain products.

Such minor variations shall not be considered a product defect.

 

2. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

 

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.

Core Kraftz reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product or stock availability issues

• Pricing or other website errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Other circumstances affecting the validity or fulfilment of the order

If an order is cancelled, the applicable amount paid by the customer will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation.

 

4. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and order information required to process your purchase.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping — India

Shipping is free for orders within India, irrespective of the number of items purchased.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days after the order is confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Courier delays

• Adverse weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Remote locations

• Courier availability

• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, contact number, and other required delivery details.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout, wherever tracking is available.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Core Kraftz will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details provided by the customer.

Any additional shipping charges arising from re-shipment may be borne by the customer.

 

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, Core Kraftz will consider the order successfully delivered.

If you have not received your order despite it being marked as delivered, please contact us promptly.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under this policy.

 

7. Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

Returns, replacements, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.

 

Return Window

A return, replacement, or exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original tags, labels, and product identification tags must remain intact.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories, wherever applicable.
• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

 

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for raising a claim.

The video must clearly show:

• The unopened package before opening
• The shipping label
• The condition of the product immediately after opening

Any such issue must be reported within 5 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and clear images.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

Returns & Replacements Not Accepted For

Returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be accepted where:

• The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
• Required accessories or product components are missing.
• A required unboxing video has not been provided for a wrong, damaged, or defective product claim.
• The request is raised after 3 days from delivery.
• The product was purchased using a discount or promotional code.
• The product is customised or made-to-order.
• The order is an international order.

 

8. Exchanges

The first exchange is free.

Any additional exchange will be charged at ₹150 per exchange.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product. Eligible self-shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹150 as store credit.

Replacement or exchange products will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.

 

9. Refunds

Prepaid Orders

For eligible prepaid-order refunds:

• A ₹150 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The remaining refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable Return & Replacement Policy.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Core Kraftz website, including but not limited to:

• Images
• Logos
• Text
• Designs
• Product-related content

belongs to Core Kraftz and may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or used without prior permission.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
